What do I bring if I'm auditioning for Studio Three or Studio Four? Please bring 16 bars of prepared music from any piece of music theatre, along with marked sheet music for BCT's Accompanist. Bring clothes you can move in, as well as a water bottle.
What if I'm just auditioning for Picasso at the Lapin Agile? If you're only auditioning for Studio Four and Picasso at the Lapin Agile, please bring a one minute monologue, and also be prepared for us to ask you to join the movement audition.
At the time of auditions, you'll be asked to complete a Registration Form, an Audition Form, and turn in a check or credit card to make a $300 deposit.** Please arrive promptly, auditions begin on time.
Do I need to register to audition? Registration is recommended, though not required. To sign up email us or leave a message with BCT Registrar at 617-424-6634 x221. State your name, age, phone number and date of the audition you're attending.
AUDITION BY VIDEO: I really can't make it to the auditions but I would LOVE to be part of the summer program! Send in your video audition via email, mp4 or youtube. Include 1) A slate telling us your name, age and hometown, 2) 16 bars of an uptempo and 16 bars of a ballad, Optional: A 1 minute monologue. If by mail, send your materials to Boston Children's Theatre, 316 Huntington Ave, Boston, 02115. Or you can email us your info.

**Your deposit WILL NOT be cashed until you are admitted to the program and then accept your admittance. Once cashed, the deposit is non-refundable.
